He Never Smiled

Victor Dowd's moving portrait of a boy in a Displaced Person's Camp on Christmas Eve of 1944.  The soldiers tried to make a nice  Christmas for some of the refugee children, giving them presents, but nothing they did could bring a smile to this boy's face.
